It’s Friday, and you know what that means… it’s Digital Marketing article roundup time! The team here at Amplify shared some articles that we found relevant and useful this past week and we thought we’d share them with you in case you missed them! And by the way, isn’t Portland beautiful in the springtime?
This is a very long post, but it’s full of actionable strategy and tactics. Building an online community requires commitment, resources, and patience but the results can be dramatic! This post lays out a nice template from which you can build an online community around your brand, and they include a very nifty infographic as well! Remember, it can take a long time for these kind of efforts to pay off, but the payoff is long lasting.
If you are a person who writes PPC copy, this infographic is for you. It’s all about testing different techniques to see what gets the highest click through rate (CTR). This infographic is humorous, interesting, and useful. I’m bookmarking it.
Many creative people claim they do their best work under pressure and at the last moment. However, their team members might not be buying it. They might be interpreting it as “you don’t work well when not under pressure”. Failing to deliver until the last moment puts a burden on the team as a whole and will probably cause the the quality of the final deliverable to suffer. I would now like to take this opportunity to apologize to every group I ever worked with in college!
Confused by Penguins, Pandas, and unnatural links penalties? Don’t worry, even many SEO’s are confused. This article seeks to explain the difference and offers helpful advice to those who may have been affected by any of the above. By the way, if you are concerned about Penguin and Panda make sure to catch Amplify president Ben Lloyd at this years eMarketing summit at the Oregon Convention Center. He’ll be speaking about Penguin and Panda along with Matthew Brown and Michael Cottam.
You can now add what you’re doing/ watching/ eating etc. to your Facebook status. Nuff’ said. Really, what else can I say about it? It’s pretty self explanatory!
