Ben Lloyd, President

Ben Lloyd’s Internet marketing experience started in 1999 as an offshoot of his music industry background where he had the opportunity to promote lifestyle Web sites to teens. He took that experience to Internet marketing pioneer Wave Rock Communications where he honed his skills at improving Web site visibility and generating sales for his clients. Ben later moved on to The Young & Roehr Group, a full-service marketing agency, where he worked his way up to a post as supervisor of the Internet marketing group. In 2003, Ben moved on to form Amplify-Interactive.

While President of Amplify Interactive, Ben has worked as the key strategist on all client projects. He is also a regular speaker for national conferences like Search Engine Strategies, and for local area marketing groups and business seminars.  Ben is a founding member of Portland’s own Search Engine Marketing Association SEMpdx.

Blu Drobushevich, SEM Director

Blu Drobushevich joins the Amplify Interactive team as Director of Search Marketing with over 11 years of Internet marketing experience. Co-founder of the search engine marketing organization SEMpdx, Blu got his start in ecommerce where he was responsible for developing and managing organic and pay per click search marketing campaigns for nearly 10,000 products and over 200 separate brands. After the company he worked for was acquired in 2003 Michael then focused his attention to the agency world where he constructed and managed search-marketing campaigns for over 75 clients including multiple fortune 100 corporations. While at Amplify Interactive Blu’s responsibilities will be focused on client strategy, streamlining internal processes and business development.

Christian Bullock, Senior Account Executive

Christian serves as the day-to-day contact between Amplify Interactive and many of our clients. Christian became a search engine marketer when he started working for Amplify Interactive in 2006, and quickly took a shine to the world of search engine marketing. Christian has since managed dozens of search marketing projects and campaigns and his skills extend well into the many facets of SEO, PPC, link development, analytics and beyond. Christian is an avid ‘gamer’ and loves Wordpress so much that he runs or contributes to a couple of blogs just for fun.
