		<description>Numbers dont lie but at the same time if you analyse them the wrong way they will tell you a totally different story. 

I am sure everyone has seen statistics especially for governments being qouted to support two opposing positions hence analystics should be approached with caution as well as a wide scope to avoid misleadig deductions from too narrow a scope.</description>
