IMHO, conferences are about more than simple educational sessions. I&#039;ve been doing search marketing for a decade now, but it&#039;s always good to get in a room with other search marketers and hear what&#039;s working, real world experiences etc. What I like about SMX Advanced is that it&#039;s advanced. There aren&#039;t any &#039;fundamentals&#039; style sessions about what a title tag is and why it&#039;s important etc. Even though I&#039;ve been in the game for a while, I always walk away with an insight, an idea, some additional nugget of knowledge, etc.
Additionally, there&#039;s tremendous value in networking and striking up relationships, meeting people in real life that you only know from being online, etc.</description>
