Amplify Interactive – 2007 Wrap Up

2007 was a big year for our little Portland Oregon search engine marketing firm. I wanted to touch on a few key things to illustrate how far we’ve come in the last year, and I want to say thanks to the team, our partners & colleagues, and of course our clients for making 2007 another fantastic year for us. As I look back at my goals for 2007 (as laid out in our end-of-2006 press release), we were able to meet every single goal.

We represented by presenting at the following events & conferences:

  • SEMpdx SearchFest 07 (PDX)
  • Innotech (PDX)
  • Search Engine Strategies (NYC & San Jose)
  • SEMpdx 6 pack, Networking, & Hot Seat events (PDX)

We introduced new SEM services:

  • Blog development, implementation & marketing support
  • Social Media Marketing & Optimization
  • Landing Page Optimization
  • Press Release Optimization

Amplify Interactive has grown:

  • We launched this blog
  • Employee head count increased 100%
  • We maintained another year of 50% revenue growth
  • Our client roster increased 50%
  • We established competitive employment practices & policies: 401k with match, health insurance, telecommuting policy, tri-met passes, performance bonuses & more
  • We drank beer and we bowled our asses off – check out the pictures on our Flickr group page

Thanks from Amplify-Interactive. Here’s looking forward to an even better 2008!
